A unique, Digital Watercolour print

Produced, developed, and printed in house by ourselves, using our own professional grade printer and Hahnemühle’s 310 gsm Digital FineArt Watercolour paper, we will transform any exterior photo into what is a very unique, and personalized gift. The high quality art paper and printer produce a print result that is bright in colours, deep in blacks, with excellent contrast and striking pictorial depth. How to order

A couple of main ways you can do this:

• Simply select it as an add-on when you book your shoot, then it’s one more thing off your list. We’ll not produce it, or charge you until a deal actually goes through (we’ll use ViewPoint to trigger us as to when we should produce it).

• If you’d prefer to wait until the deal is finalized, or if it’s for a past property, or any property for that matter (they also make a great gift for just friends), get in touch (details at footer of this page) and let us know which home you’d like to purchase the gift for, and we’ll do the rest.

It doesn’t even have to be a recent property - maybe this can all be part of your ongoing client relationships and it’s someone you worked with a while ago…. the only caveat is that we do need to have permission to use the photo, so if we haven’t take it ourselves. You’ll need to confirm that we have permission to use it, or, for a small extra charge, we can go and take the specific photo ourselves (while being discreet!).

While you’re at it, why not continue your relationship within your own network and buy two - one for you and your clients, and one for the realtor you’re working with and their clients.

Cost

Each print comes in a simple frame and can be also be combined with greeting cards (available separately as well). We’ll hand deliver straight to either yourselves or your brokerage.
